Olive Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. cream cheese, soften
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. salad olives, chopped
2 Tbsp. olive juice
dash of pepper
Preparation

Mash cream cheese and mix well with remaining ingredients.
Put in pint jar and refrigerate at least 24 hours until thickened. Serve on thin toast, any kind of cracker or as a finger sandwich filling.
Keeps well.
