Spinach Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
    1 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add spinach, butter, milk, cheese and onion. Blend in flour and dry ingredients.
    Pour into buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Cut into squares and serve hot.
    Serves 15 to 20.
