Sylvia'S Italian-Style Vegetable Quiche(Made 3,000 Times. Hated By My Children But Loved By All Others.) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

either: chopped spinach, broccoli, cauliflower or artichokes (1 pkg.)
1 small Mozzarella cheese, grated
3 to 4 eggs
1 medium onion
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
pie crust with top (or bread crumbs)
Preparation

Saute onion.
Cook or steam one of the vegetables.
Mix vegetables with sauteed onion.
Beat eggs.
Mix eggs, grated Parmesan cheese and Mozzarella cheese together in large bowl. Combine onion-vegetable mix and cheese mix.
Pour in ready-made pie crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
(Can freeze, uncooked.)
Cool and serve.
