No Crust Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3 eggs
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Beat cheese until light and creamy (the longer it is beaten, the lighter the cake).
    Add eggs one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition.
    Add sugar and extract, beat until smooth, thick and lemon colored.
    Pour into 9-inch pie pan and bake 50 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Cool for 20 minutes.
