Ingredients

1 pkg. scalloped potatoes (Betty Crocker)
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1/4 tsp. oregano
4 oz. pepperoni, thinly sliced
4 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Place first 4 ingredients in a 3-quart casserole.
Cover and cook 10 minutes on High power.
Stir in pepperoni and cheese. Cover and heat for 10 minutes on High power.
Let stand 10 to 15 minutes after cooking before serving.
