Angel Corn Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising meal
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. corn oil
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together. Add liquids to dry mix.
    Mix well.
    Pour into well-greased muffin tins.
    Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 450\u00b0.
    Makes approximately 18 muffins.
