Maki'S Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice
    2 eggs with 1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 medium onion
    1/2 green pepper
    2 small carrots
    4 strips bacon *
    3 Tbsp. oil
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. Accent
    black pepper
Preparation
    Fry bacon.
    When done, remove bacon and pour off some of the grease; pour beaten eggs into pan and scramble; remove eggs.
    Add oil to pan and turn on high.
    Add diced onion.
    Stir 1 minute; add chopped green pepper and grated carrots.
    Quickly stir for 2 minutes.
    Return the eggs and crumbled bacon to pan.
    Stir briefly.
    Reduce heat to medium-high.
    Add rice and heat thoroughly.
    Add salt, Accent and black pepper.
    Mix well.
