Sausage And Brown Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pork sausage
2 c. cooked brown rice
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook and stir sausage in Dutch oven until brown; drain.
Stir in rice, milk, celery, green pepper, onion, soup and mushrooms. Pour into ungreased 2-quart casserole.
Cook, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven until center is bubbly, 30 to 45 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
