German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium potatoes
    2 stalks celery
    6 slices bacon
    1 medium onion
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar (in vinegar)
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in jackets, then peel and cube.
    Add cubed onion and celery.
    Add salt. Cube bacon and fry until crisp.
    Mix vinegar, sugar and water; mix with bacon, then pour over potatoes, celery and onion.
    Mix gently.
