Baked Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs or 6 egg yolks
    3 c. milk
    6 tsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly; add milk, sugar, salt and vanilla.
    Pour into custard cups.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Bake in pan of hot water 45 minutes or until knife is clear after inserted.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven.
