Chili Verde - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic
    2 cups water
    2 cans Ortega Chilies
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Dredge meat in flour, fry in oil, add onion and garlic. Cook until onion is soft. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer covered 1 to 2 hours stirring occasionally.
