Pork And Sauerkraut(Hungarian Szekelygulas) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pork shoulder, cut in cubes
    1 medium onion, diced
    4 c. water
    1 lb. sauerkraut
    flour or cornstarch (to thicken)
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat in small amount of oil or bacon grease with onion. When brown, add water and seasonings.
    Cover and simmer until tender.
    Slightly thicken with flour or cornstarch.
    Add sauerkraut and sour cream until heated through.
    Serve with mashed potatoes.
