Easy Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 potatoes
4 carrots
salt and pepper to taste
butter
1/4 c. milk
1 pkg. broccoli and cheese
Preparation

Spray casserole dish with cooking spray.
Peel and slice potatoes and carrots.
Arrange in a casserole dish.
Season to taste with salt, pepper and butter.
Pour in 1/4 cup milk.
Bake until potatoes are tender.
Fix broccoli and cheese according to directions.
Pour over potatoes and carrots.
Serve.
