Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 big cooked potatoes (about 8 oz. each), cut into cubes
    4 boiled eggs (save 5 slices for garnish)
    1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
    1/2 c. sandwich spread
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Mix all gently.
    Garnish with egg slices; sprinkle with paprika.
    Serves 8.
