Chicken Lo Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. linguine or thin spaghetti
    1 tsp. salt
    2 whole chicken breasts, skinned and boned
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sliced mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 can chicken broth
Preparation
    Cook linguine according to package directions.
    Heat 1/4 cup oil in nonstick skillet.
    Add 1/2 linguine and salt; cook until lightly browned, turning occasionally.
    Remove and cook remaining linguine.
