Homemade Muffin Mix - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. baking powder
1 Tbsp. salt
2 3/4 c. shortening
Preparation

In large bowl stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Store up to 6 weeks at room temperature or up to 6 months in freezer.
Allow to come to room temperature before using, if frozen.
Makes about 14 cups mix.
