Italian Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1 chopped onion
    2 cans tomatoes
    1 can tomato paste
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 bay leaf
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide noodles
    2 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 lb. American cheese
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook celery and onion in small amount of oil until brown.
    Add meat; cook until brown.
    Add salt, pepper, bay leaf and oregano; stir.
    Add tomatoes and paste; mix well and set aside.
    Cook noodles; drain.
