Exotic Luncheon Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. cooked turkey or chicken (bite size pieces)
    5 c. seedless grapes
    2 c. toasted, slivered almonds
    1 (20 oz.) can water chestnuts
    2 c. sliced celery
    1 large can pineapple tidbits, drained
    2 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. curry powder
Preparation
    Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.
    Mix mayonnaise with soy sauce and curry powder.
    Add to bowl and toss lightly.
    Chill several hours and serve over lettuce.
    Serves 12.
