Best Ever Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 deep dish pie crust (included in cookbook)
    3 beaten eggs
    8 to 10 oz. evaporated milk or half and half
    1 to 2 c. chopped, fresh or frozen broccoli
    1 small (5 oz.) can ham (found in tuna section)
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar or Swiss cheese or both
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
    Flake ham by pressing sides with fork.
    Place broccoli, ham, cheese and onion in unbaked pie crust.
    Pour liquid mixture over ingredients in pie crust.
