Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 slices cooked, crisp bacon, chopped
    1 1/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
    4 eggs
    nutmeg
    1 1/4 c. whipping cream
    1/2 c. milk
    1 pie shell
Preparation
    Sprinkle bacon and cheese in pie shell.
    Beat eggs until blended.
    Mix with cream and milk.
    Pour over cheese and bacon. Sprinkle nutmeg over filling.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
