Shrimp Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1 small garlic clove
    2 Tbsp. (1/4 stick) unsalted butter
    4 tsp. whipping cream
    1 tsp. dry sherry
    salt and freshly ground pepper
    1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients with salt and pepper in food processor or blender and mix until smooth.
    Stir in dill weed. Spoon into small ramekin and sprinkle with additional dill weed. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
    Serves 2.
