Spicy Thai Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes
1/4 c. raisins
2 Tbsp. currant jelly
1 Tbsp. canned chopped green chili peppers
1 clove garlic
2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 to 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
dash of salt
1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
Preparation

For sauce, place all ingredients except chicken in a blender container or food processor bowl. Cover and blend or process until smooth. Transfer to a small saucepan.
Heat to boiling. Reduce heat.
Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes or until mixture reaches brushing consistency.
