Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. mild Cheddar cheese
12 oz. Swiss cheese
16 oz. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 medium onion, grated
dash of black pepper
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Allow cheeses
to
get
to
room temperature and grate. Mix all
of
the
ingredients
with mixer.
Form into balls (I make 3 balls)
and
roll
in chopped pecans.
Wrap in plastic wrap and then in foil.
Keep refrigerated.
Take out fridge 1 hour before serving and allow to soften.
