Soft Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. water
    3 oz. sugar (1/3 c.)
    3 oz. milk powder (enough to make 1 qt. milk)
    1 oz. salt (3 Tbsp.)
    4 oz. shortening (1/4 lb.)
    3 oz. yeast (12 packets)
    3 lb. flour (12 c.)
Preparation
    Combine the ingredients and cover dough.
    Let set for 1 1/2 hours.
    Shape in rolls and place on greased pans.
    Cover and let rise until double in size.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
