Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    1 (3 5/8 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding and pie filling (not instant)
    1 small container Cool Whip or nondairy whipped topping mix
    1 baked pie shell
Preparation
    Mix peanut butter and confectioners sugar until crumbly. Place in baked pie shell.
    Reserve 1 tablespoonful for topping. Make vanilla pudding mix and place on top of peanut butter mixture.
    After pudding cools, cover with whipped topping. Sprinkle crumbs on top.
