Ingredients

1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. beef broth
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1 lb. ground beef
Preparation

Dissolve cornstarch in Worcestershire sauce and broth.
Add remaining ingredients, blending well with hands.
Let mixture stand 10 minutes before shaping into 24 meatballs.
Good with steamed rice or noodles.
