Rice Consomme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 stick margarine
    5 bouillon cubes (beef)
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Saute onion and butter together until tender.
    Bring water to a boil; add cubes and dissolve.
    Add rice, onion and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
    Mix well; pour into a casserole.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0; stir occasionally.
    Bake uncovered the last 10 minutes.
