Moist Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked carrots
    3/4 c. oil
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. walnuts
Preparation
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done (30 to 40 minutes).
    Frost with cream cheese frosting.
