Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. Crisco oil
4 c. diced apples
1 c. chopped nuts
1 pkg. butterscotch chips
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs

Preparation

Beat eggs. Add sugar, a little at a time; beat until fluffy and light. Add flour, Crisco oil and spices. Stir in apples, nuts and chips. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
