Steak And Potatoes In Oven - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. round steak
6 potatoes, sliced thin
2 onions, chopped
1/2 stick oleo

Preparation

Cut steak into serving pieces; coat well with flour.
Brown in oleo.
Add salt, pepper and onions.
Cover with sliced potatoes; add hot water to cover.
Put in hot oven (400\u00b0) and bake for 1 hour, or until potatoes are done and gravy thickens.
