1/2 c. chopped onions
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies, drained
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. biscuit baking mix
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 can Ro-Tel
