Tater Dipped Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cut up frying chicken
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp. water
1 c. Pillsbury Hungry Jack mashed potato flakes
1/4 c. butter, melted
Preparation

Dip chicken in mixture of egg and water. Season to taste. Roll in potato flakes.
Place chicken in melted butter in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Turn once after 30 minutes.
