Chicken Chinoise(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1 c. blanched green beans
    1/2 c. chopped scallions
    1 can chopped water chestnuts, drained
    1 c. chopped mushrooms
    1 c. chicken stock
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    6 Tbsp. cold water
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. fresh ginger, grated
    2 to 3 Tbsp. peanut oil
Preparation
    Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Heat the oil to very hot in a wok or large skillet.
    Add the chicken and cook for 1 minute.
    Add the rest of the vegetables and ginger.
    Cook for 2 minutes longer.
    Add the chicken stock.
