Beatlenut Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, well beaten
1 c. milk
1 c. white sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. maple syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
sprinkle of coconut
1/2 c. pecans
1/4 c. quick oats
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
-
Combine all ingredients, except coconut, pecan and oats.
Beat well.
Add pecans, oats and coconut.
Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
