Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 large eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
3 c. chopped apples
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. soda
1 1/2 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix in following order:
oil, sugar, eggs, flour, salt, spices,
apples, nuts and vanilla.
Pour in cake pans and bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
