Ingredients

1 loaf frozen white bread, thawed
12 oz. bulk sausage or hamburger, browned and drained
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
3/4 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

In small bowl, mix together tomato sauce, basil, sugar, oregano and garlic powder.
Grease heavy skillet (iron skillet) and spread bread dough in bottom and slightly up the sides. Sprinkle with cooked meat and mushrooms.
Spread tomato sauce mixture over the top.
Sprinkle 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Mozzarella cheese and 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake at medium-high heat until golden brown, approximately 40 to 50 minutes.
Let pizza set 10 minutes.
Sliced olives may be added to pizza the last 15 minutes of cooking, if desired.
