Sweet Pepper Chicken Saute - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. boneless chicken breasts
1/2 to 1 tsp. Creole seasoning
1 medium yellow, green and red pepper, cut into strips
3 Tbsp. margarine or oil and margarine combined
1 to 2 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation

Cut chicken into strips of equal size (may be flattened if necessary).
Sprinkle with Creole seasoning; set aside for 15 to 30 minutes.
Saute chicken quickly in margarine for approximately 5 to 10 minutes in fairly hot skillet.
Add pepper strips; stir-fry over high heat until tender-crisp.
Quickly add soy sauce.
Serve with rice or noodles, cooked in chicken broth. Serves 2 to 4.
