Olive Surprises - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
    1 1/2 c. flour (self-rising or plain may be used)
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco
    dash of garlic salt
    smallest size stuffed green olives
Preparation
    Have butter and cheese at room temperature.
    Blend them together with fingertips.
    Add flour gradually, blend in well. Add garlic salt and Tabasco and mix well.
    Break off small bits and flatten in palm of hand, using just enough to wrap completely around an olive.
    Place on cookie sheet and bake at 375\u00b0 for about 15 minutes.
