Frozen Pie Filling(Store In Freezer) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. unflavored gelatin
    6 c. milk
    2 c. sugar
    9 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 egg yolks, beaten
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    3 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sprinkle gelatin over 1/4 cup milk to soften.
    Scald rest of milk over medium heat.
    Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt in 3-quart saucepan.
    Gradually add scalded milk.
    Cook over medium heat and stir constantly, about 10 minutes until mixture is thickened.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir some of mixture into egg yolks and pour back into pan.
    Cook 5 minutes more.
    Stir constantly.
    Remove from heat and mix in gelatin, margarine and vanilla.
    Put in foil-lined pie pans.
    Freeze.
    Remove from pan when frozen and prepare to store.
