Chicken Baked In Beer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. bacon
    4 medium onions, sliced thin
    1/2 tsp. marjoram
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    chicken pieces
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can beer at room temperature
Preparation
    Cut bacon in small pieces; cook and drain.
    Brown chicken in bacon grease and set aside.
    Brown onions.
    Drain excess fat.
    Mix dry ingredients and add to pan.
    Slowly stir in flour, followed by beer and vinegar.
    Cook on High for 5 minutes, until thickened. Return chicken to Pyrex dish.
    Pour onions and bacon over top; cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tender.
