Fresh Basil-Tomato Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. uncooked spaghetti
    1/4 c. olive oil
    4 tsp. minced garlic
    1 c. diced, seeded tomatoes
    1/4 c. sliced, drained, sundried tomatoes in oil
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. fresh basil
    3 Tbsp. chilled butter
    1/4 c. fresh grated Parmesan
    4 tsp. pine nuts
Preparation
    Prepare pasta according to package directions.
    Heat saute pan over medium-high heat; add oil and garlic.
    Saute but do not brown.
    Add fresh and sundried tomatoes to pan.
    Add wine and chicken broth to deglaze; add 1/2 the basil.
    Heat together until liquid is reduced by 1/2.
    Add butter, melt and remove from heat. Toast pine nuts at 350\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
    Toss pasta with sauce, top with Parmesan, remaining basil and pine nuts.
    Serves 2.
