Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. frozen or fresh Rhubarb (thaw & drain if using frozen)
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    5 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. Margarine
    2 pie shells
Preparation
    Line 9-inch pie pan with 1 crust.
    Mix sugar, cornstarch, and salt.
    Stir into rhubarb.
    Pour into pie pan.
    Dot with butter and sprinkle lemon juice all over.
    Bake 40-50 minutes at 375.
