Chicken Hot Dish(Serves 6) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

chicken
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. milk
1 box seasoned croutons
1/4 stick butter
Preparation

Cook and debone chicken and place in casserole dish.
Melt cheese and mix with soup and milk.
Pour over chicken.
Moisten croutons with chicken broth and butter and toss.
Put on top of chicken mixture.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Use 6 x 8-inch or 8 x 11-inch pan.
