Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pork chops, cut in small pieces
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. flour
2 Tbsp. water
salt and pepper
1 small can pineapple chunks
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 Tbsp. white vinegar
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. chopped onion
Preparation

Drain pineapple juice into small bowl.
Add cornstarch, vinegar, sugar and soy sauce.
Set aside.
Combine beaten egg, flour, water and salt and pepper.
Dip pork pieces in it.
Brown pork pieces in small amount of oil.
Stir in onion and sauce. Cover and cook 5 minutes longer.
Stir in pineapple chunks.
Serve over hot noodles or rice.
Serves 2.
