Apricot Streusel Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. oleo
2 c. rolled oats (uncooked)
1 1/2 c. apricot preserves
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine flour, brown sugar and salt.
Cut in 3/4 cup oleo with pastry blender until mixture is crumbly.
Stir in oats and blend thoroughly.
Set aside 1 1/2 cups of this mixture for topping.
