Bisquick - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9 c. sifted flour
1/3 c. baking powder
1 Tbsp. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
4 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. nonfat dry milk
2 c. shortening
Preparation
-
Sift together dry ingredients three times.
Cut in shortening until it looks like coarse corn meal.
To measure, pile lightly into cup.
