Chop And Potato Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 pork chops
    1/4 c. minced onion
    3 c. thin cream sauce
    6 c. sliced uncooked potatoes
Preparation
    Dredge chops in seasoned flour and brown in a small amount of butter or oil.
    Alternate layers of potatoes and onion in a buttered shallow baking dish.
    Cover with cream sauce and top with browned chops.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Remove foil and continue to bake until tender.
