Barbecued Short Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. short ribs, cut into serving pieces
    1 onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. fat
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 c. diced celery
Preparation
    Saute short ribs and onion in hot fat until brown.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs.
    Cover and cook slowly for 2 hours.
    Makes 4 to 5 servings.
