Chili Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 peck tomatoes, peeled
    5 large onions
    2 green peppers
    2 red peppers
    3 c. vinegar
    3 c. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. ginger
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    3 tsp. cloves (ground)
    1 bunch celery, finely chopped
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Quarter tomatoes for faster cooking. Cook until thick as desired.
    Usually reduces by 1/3 to 1/2.
    Can hot.
