Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 flour tortillas
    1 large onion, chopped
    4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese or 2 c. Cheddar and 2 c. Mozzarella
    2 cans chili without beans (can be with beans but better without)
Preparation
    Mix cheese(s) and onion.
    Using 3 cups of mixture, fill center of tortillas.
    Roll into cylinders and place seam-side down in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Spread heated chili over top and sprinkle remaining cheese/onion mixture over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
